八四年十二月国内首次引进的三元乙丙一丁基橡胶防水卷材挤出——硫化连续生产线,经验收在我厂投产。设计能力年产七十九万米~2。这条生产线采用冷喂料,经L型机头口型板挤出片材,通进间接蒸汽加热的密封高温硫化箱,连续硫化和冷却,卷取成宽1.2米、厚0.8~2.0毫米成品卷材;挤出——硫化用直流电机传动,硫化深度可调。结合冷喂料挤出及高温硫化的特点,在原生产配方基础上,对硫化系统、防老化系统,补强和软化系统进行了调正和改进、使胶料的烧焦时间长,硫化速度快,并采用了两段混炼工艺,提高了混炼胶质量。这条生产线从验收投产到八六年十二月
