目的利用神经干细胞特异性标志蛋白鉴定人类羊膜组织中多分化潜能神经前体细胞的存在。方法利用免疫组织化学法检测人类羊膜组织和培养人类羊膜细胞中巢蛋白(nestin)、胶质原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、musashi-1、波形蛋白(vi mentin)和PSA-NCAM等神经干细胞特异性标志蛋白的表达。结果人羊膜组织中存在nestin/GFAP双阳性细胞,此外,还表达musashi-1、vi mentin和PSA-NCAM等神经干细胞特异性标志蛋白;培养羊膜细胞中存在vi mentin和PSA-NCAM阳性细胞,以及nestin/GFAP双阳性细胞。结论羊膜组织和培养羊膜细胞中有神经干细胞特异性标记蛋白的表达。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the presence of pluripotent potential neural progenitor cells in human amniotic tissue using neural stem cell-specific marker proteins. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of nestin, glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), musashi-1, vimentin and PSA-NCAM in human amnion and cultured human amniotic cells Sex marker protein expression. Results There were nestin / GFAP double positive cells in human amniotic membrane. In addition, neural stem cell specific markers such as musashi-1, vi mentin and PSA-NCAM were also expressed in cultured human amniotic cells. There were vimentin and PSA-NCAM positive cells in cultured amniocytes, Nestin / GFAP double positive cells. Conclusion There are neural stem cell-specific marker proteins in amniotic membrane and cultured amniotic membrane.
