装有72年以来生产的ZQDR-410牵引电动机的东风_4型4000马力内燃机车先后使用在北京内燃机务段、丰台、济南、广州及南京等机务段。到75年11月前,该牵引电动机抱轴瓦出现了大量的烧瓦与碾瓦现象,在大连工厂的机车出厂试运中也有同样现象发生。以75年9月份为例,机车编号为0002~0022及2027~2031的27台机车中,共烧瓦63块,严重影响了机车的运用。这一问题出现后受到铁道部工业局及工厂党委的重视,于75年3月份
