经过大量的研究实验和技术改造,复合材料成型模具有了长足的发展。和金属模具相比较,复合材料成型模具在生产成本、生产效率等方面有着明显优势。本文首先介绍了复合材料成型模具的设计流程,使读者对复合材料成型模具的设计制造有直观的认识。同时结合生产实际情况,分别介绍了传统成型模具和复合材料模具。最后对于复合材料成型模具的发展前景作了详细论述,介绍了几种比较先进的模具类型:低膨胀模具,可溶模具和易变形模具等。
After a large number of research experiments and technological transformation, composite materials molding has made great strides. Compared with the metal mold, the composite material forming mold has obvious advantages in terms of production cost, production efficiency and the like.
