时代发展,对小学语文教师自身素质不断提出新要求,作为基础教育的小学语文教师,必须具有更高、更强的综合素质,才能更好地完成“传道、授业、解惑”的重任。同时,小学语文教师素质的提升,很大程度上影响着小学语文这门基础课程的开展。笔者认为,小学语文教师素质可以通过持久的自主学习、与同仁密切的交流和适度的反思几个途径有效地提升。
The development of the times requires new primary and secondary language teachers to constantly improve their own qualities. As a primary school language teacher of basic education, it is necessary to have a higher and stronger overall quality in order to better accomplish the mission of “preaching, teaching and solving” Heavy responsibility. At the same time, the improvement of the quality of primary language teachers has largely affected the development of primary language courses in primary schools. The author believes that the quality of primary school Chinese teachers can be effectively improved through long-term self-learning, close exchange with colleagues and moderate reflection in several ways.
