时代发展,对小学语文教师自身素质不断提出新要求,作为基础教育的小学语文教师,必须具有更高、更强的综合素质,才能更好地完成“传道、授业、解惑”的重任。同时,小学语文教师素质的提升,很大程度上影响着小学语文这门基础课程的开展。笔者认为,小学语文教师素质可以通过持久的自主学习、与同仁密切的交流和适度的反思几个途径有效地提升。 The development of the times requires new primary and secondary language teachers to constantly improve their own qualities.
