主动脉开放前５分左右灌注２８℃晶体再灌注液１０～１５ｍｌ／ｋｇ，观察温晶体再灌注液预防再灌注性心律失常的作用。结果表明：温晶体再灌注液能提高心脏自动复跳率，减少电击除颤率；可减少术后抗心律失常药的应用，有利于心肌保护。并对温晶体再灌注液中普鲁卡因和山莨菪硷的作用进行讨论。
5 minutes before aorta perfusion 28 ℃ crystal reperfusion solution 10 ~ 15ml / kg, observe the effect of warm crystal reperfusion fluid to prevent reperfusion arrhythmia. The results showed that: warm crystal reperfusion fluid can improve the heart rate of spontaneous rebound, reduce the rate of electric shock defibrillation; can reduce the application of anti-arrhythmic drugs, is conducive to myocardial protection. The effects of procaine and anisodamine in warm crystal reperfusion fluid were also discussed.
