目的探索团体心理素质教育干预对特种部队战士心理健康水平的影响,为特种部队的心理卫生工作提供重要的理论和实践依据。方法我们运用军人心理素质训练的基本理论,针对特种部队战士心理卫生特点,设计了全面提高战士心理素质的训练方法和实施程序,并对某特种部队的91名战士进行团体教育干预,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对教育干预前后战士的心理健康水平进行测查。结果团体心理素质教育干预后,特种部队战士的SCL-90各因子得分明显下降,尤其强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、敌意等因子得分与干预前差异显著,有统计学意义。结论团体心理素质教育干预是战士们容易接受的,能够有效提高战士心理健康水平的心理素质教育方法。
Objective To explore the impact of group psychological quality education intervention on the mental health of special forces soldiers and provide important theoretical and practical evidence for the mental health work of special forces units. Methods We use the basic theory of psychological quality training of military personnel, design a training method and implementation procedure for improving psychological quality of soldiers in general, and conduct group education intervention on 91 soldiers of a special unit, using symptom self The scale (SCL-90) tests the mental health of soldiers before and after education intervention. Results After the intervention of group psychology quality education, the SCL-90 score of special forces soldier decreased significantly. Especially, scores of factors such as interpersonal sensitivity, depression and hostility were significantly different from those before intervention, which were statistically significant. Conclusion The intervention of group psychological quality education is a psychological quality education method that soldiers can accept easily and can effectively improve the mental health of soldiers.
