针对目前消防工作绩效考核采用赋分方法未能充分利用定量指标所反映信息的不足,利用模糊数学的理论与方法,建立了多目标、多层次的考核评估计算模型。应用该模糊优选模型,可以在保持定量指标不变的同时,对定性指标定量化,然后参与统一的考核评估计算。应用实例介绍了此模型的实现方法,研究结果表明,其能够较好地对评估对象进行排序,从而为合理评估消防工作的绩效提供了参考依据。
In view of the fact that the current method of fire performance evaluation adopts the method of point assignment, it fails to make full use of the lack of information reflected by the quantitative index. By using the theory and method of fuzzy mathematics, a multi-objective and multi-level evaluation model is established. Applying the fuzzy optimization model, the qualitative indicators can be quantified while keeping the quantitative indicators unchanged, and then participate in the unified evaluation and calculation. The application examples are given to illustrate the implementation of this model. The results show that it can sort the objects well, which provides a reference for a reasonable assessment of the performance of fire protection work.
