体态律动课程教学法来自瑞士音乐教育学家达尔克罗兹的“体态律动”学说。基于这一理论,在小学音乐教学实践中打破传统的固定教学模式,训练学生的体态律动,从身、心两个方面训练学生对于音乐节奏、旋律和情绪的体验,并让学生练习音乐表达的技巧。其核心教学认知是:借助体态律动培养学生的音乐兴趣,提高学生学习音乐的注意力,发展学生大脑与身体的协调性,使学生在音乐学习中实现体态静动融合,相辅相成。教学实践证明体态律动课程教学法在小学音乐教育中是有效和切实可行的,能够激发学生的音乐学习兴趣,更有效地对音乐进行理解、想象和创造。
Body rhythm course teaching method from the musician Charles Dalke Loxi’s “body rhythm ” theory. Based on this theory, the traditional fixed teaching mode is broken through in the practice of primary school music teaching, the students are trained in their body movements, and students are trained in rhythm, melody and emotion from the perspective of body and mind, and students are allowed to practice their musical expression skill. The core teaching cognition is: to cultivate students’ musical interest by means of body movement and rhythm, to enhance students’ attention of learning music, to develop students’ brain and body coordination, and to enable students to achieve body-state static and dynamic fusion in music learning and complement each other. The teaching practice proves that the method of body posture rhythm teaching is effective and practicable in primary school music education, which can stimulate students’ interest in music learning and understand, imagine and create music more effectively.
