为准确测算13个工程类别、8个海拔区间共104个公路工程高原地区施工增加费率,采用相关分析与回归分析法对高原地区施工增加费率值与海拔高度关系进行定量分析;采用技术测定法实测特定海拔高度典型细目工程的高原地区施工增加费率;根据高原地区施工增加费率与海拔高度之间的定量关系,建立了由实测值推算相邻海拔区间高原施工增加费率的推算公式。依托实体工程以机械石方这一工程类别为例,分别对海拔高度为3 001~3 500m和3 501~4 000m的实测高原地区施工增加费率值与理论推算值、2007版规范值对比。研究结果表明:高原地区施工增加费率与海拔高度之间存在显著的二次多项式关系;高原地区施工增加费率的推算值与实测值之间的误差是合理的;建立的高原地区施工增加费率计算公式和推算公式具有一定的实用价值;高原地区特殊的施工环境对人工和机械的工效有显著影响,需进一步提高高原地区施工增加费率值。所得结论对合理确定和有效控制高原地区公路工程造价具有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to accurately calculate the construction cost increase of 104 highway engineering plateaus in 13 project categories and 8 elevations, the relationship between the rate of increase in plateau construction and altitude above sea level was quantitatively analyzed by correlation analysis and regression analysis. Relying on the project of mechanical engineering as an example, the paper adds the rate value, the theoretical calculation value and the 2007 edition standard value respectively to the measured plateau areas with altitude of 3 001 ~ 3 500m and 3 501 ~ 4 000m. The results show that there is a significant quadratic polynomial relationship between the rate of increase in construction and the altitude in the plateau area; the error between the estimated increase rate and the measured value in the construction of the plateau area is reasonable; and the increase of the construction cost in the plateau area Rate calculation formulas and calculation formulas have certain practical value. The special construction environment in the plateau has a significant impact on the labor and mechanical ergonomics, so it is necessary to further increase the rate of increase of the construction cost in the plateau area. The conclusions obtained have certain reference value for reasonably determining and effectively controlling the highway project cost in plateau area.
