从改善界面结构和强化界面粘结出发,本文研究了具有显著增强效果的净浆裹石工艺。文章认为,净浆裹石混凝土抗压强度的大幅度提高和其它力学性能改善的根本原因,在于净浆裹石工艺使混凝土界面孔的分布、界面过渡层水泥水化产物的形貌与分布得到了改善,并且提高了粗集料界面过渡层的密实度,同时还使硬化混凝土内部应力状态也有了改善。
From the viewpoint of improving the interfacial structure and strengthening the interfacial bond, this paper studied the process of the clean-pulled stone with significant reinforcing effect. The article believes that the fundamental reason for the significant increase in the compressive strength of mortar-in-cement stone concrete and other mechanical properties is that the process of the pore-mixing of stone in the interface of concrete and the appearance and distribution of cement hydration products in the interfacial transition layer are obtained. Improvements have been made, and the compactness of the interfacial transition layer of the coarse aggregate has been improved, and the internal stress state of the hardened concrete has also been improved.
