目的:探讨二期高温高压处理对Ceramage瓷聚体材料机械性能的影响。方法:用Ceramage瓷聚体材料分别制作20个抗压强度和直径拉伸强度测试试件,所有试件在Solidilite光聚合器中常规聚合,而后随机分为两组,一组为对照组,另一组用国产自控多用途牙用树脂聚合器进行二期热压处理,温度120℃,压力0.6 MPa,时间7 min;用Bose公司ElectroForce3520多功能材料实验机测得抗压强度和直径拉伸强度,对二期热压处理前后的测试值用单因素方差分析进行比较。结果:二期热压处理后Ceramage瓷聚体的抗压强度和直径拉伸强度都有了显著提高,提高幅度分别为12.90%和10.84%(P<0.01)。结论:二期热压处理可以明显提高Ceramage瓷聚体材料的抗压强度和直径拉伸强度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of second-stage high-temperature and high-pressure treatment on the mechanical properties of Ceramage porcelain aggregates. Methods: Tensile strength specimens of 20 compressive strength and diameter were made by using ceramage porcelain material. All the specimens were routinely polymerized in Solidilite photopolymer and then divided into two groups at random. One group was control group, and the other group was control group. A group of domestic controlled multi-purpose dental resin polymerizer for the second heat treatment, temperature 120 ℃, pressure 0.6 MPa, time 7 min; Bose company ElectroForce3520 multi-function material testing machine measured compressive strength and diameter tensile strength , Before and after the two hot pressing test values were compared using one-way analysis of variance. Results: The compressive strength and diameter tensile strength of Ceramage porcelain aggregates increased significantly after the second heat treatment, with the increase rates of 12.90% and 10.84%, respectively (P <0.01). Conclusion: The second-stage autoclave treatment can significantly improve the compressive strength and diameter tensile strength of Ceramage porcelain aggregates.
