目的检测2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清载脂蛋白A5(apoA5)水平,探讨apoA5与血脂及T2DM的相关性。方法收集T2DM 233例,健康体检者200例,留取血标本用于血脂和血清apoA5的检测。apoA5检测用双单克隆抗体夹心ELISA法。结果T2DM组与对照组比较,血清TC、TG、LDL-C及apoB明显增高,而apoA5、HDL-C、apoAⅠ及apoAⅠ/apoB低于对照组,组间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组与T2DM组女性血清apoA5水平均高于男性(P<0.05)。apoA5与Glu、Lp(a)呈负相关,r分别为:-0.40(P<0.05)、-0.24(P<0.05);与TG、TC仅存在负相关趋势,r分别为-0.14(P>0.05)、-0.07(P>0.05),但其中女性apoA5与TG呈显著负相关(r=-0.41,P<0.05)。T2DM患者apoA5与HDL-C呈正相关,r为0.36(P<0.05)。结论apoA5可能是T2DM的危险因素,监测血清apoA5水平对T2DM的早期干预有积极的意义。
Objective To detect the level of serum apolipoprotein A5 (apoA5) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and to explore the correlation between apoA5 and serum lipids and T2DM. Methods T2DM was collected in 233 cases and healthy subjects in 200 cases. Blood samples were collected for detection of serum lipids and serum apoA5. ApoA5 detection using dual monoclonal antibody sandwich ELISA method. Results The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and apoB in T2DM group were significantly higher than those in control group, while the levels of apoA5, HDL-C, apoAⅠ and apoAⅠ / apoB were lower than those in control group . The levels of serum apoA5 in both control group and T2DM group were higher than those in male (P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between apoA5 and Glu and Lp (a) (r = -0.40 (P <0.05), -0.24 (P <0.05) 0.05), -0.07 (P> 0.05), but there was a significant negative correlation between female apoA5 and TG (r = -0.41, P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between apoA5 and HDL-C in T2DM patients (r = 0.36, P <0.05). Conclusions ApoA5 may be a risk factor for T2DM. It is of great significance to monitor serum apoA5 levels in early intervention of T2DM.
