本文阐述了一种采用约束变尺度法建立的渐开线圆柱直斜齿轮传动的优化设计程序。所拟的优化方法先进可行,避免了死循环,提高了效率。该设计程序依据的计算公式和字符代号符合GB3480-83标准。此项优化设计所能容纳的原始条件控制信息、设计变量和约束条件数目多,灵活性、通用性强,能充分满足使用要求。该程序软件容易掌握,采用人机对话方式运行,使用方便,利于推广。
In this paper, an optimized design procedure of involute cylindrical helical gear drive with constrained variable scaling method is presented. The proposed optimization method is advanced and feasible, avoiding the dead cycle and improving the efficiency. The design process based on the calculation formula and character code GB3480-83 standards. The optimized design can accommodate the original condition control information, the design variables and the number of constraints, flexibility, versatility, can fully meet the requirements. The program software easy to grasp, the use of man-machine dialogue to run, easy to use, which will help promote.
