自1999年教育部颁发《关于加强中小学心理健康教育的若干意见》和2001年颁发《中小学心理健康教育指导纲要》以来,我国的中小学心理健康教育工作蓬勃发展,涌现出了大批的先进单位和先进工作者。作为中小学心理健康教育领域的专业媒体,《中小学心理健康教育》杂志有责任对他们的先进事迹、先进经验进行宣传和表彰,以推动中小学心理健康教育工作顺利发展。怀着这样一种心情,我们开展了全国中小学心理健康教育“TOPTEN”(十佳)评选活动。在各省、市教育行政科研部门的推荐和积极参与下,“TOPTEN”评选委员会在调查研究的基础上,经过反复权衡,比较慎重地评选出了首届全国中小学心理健康教育“TOPTEN”(十佳)获奖集体和个人。由于时间紧、经验少,加上我们的视野不够宽阔,所以难免会挂一漏万。我们非常清楚,还有大批的中小学心理健康教育先进学校、先进工作者不知道有此项活动。我们会加倍努力,在今后的工作中尽可能地使此项活动更加完善。在此,我们向获得首届全国中小学心理健康教育“TOPTEN”(十佳)获奖集体和个人表示衷心的祝贺!向所有从事中小学心理健康教育工作的专家、学者、教师们致以崇高的敬礼!
Since 1999, the Ministry of Education issued “Opinions on Strengthening Mental Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools” and the “Guidelines for Mental Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools” issued in 2001, mental health education in primary and secondary schools in our country has flourished and a large number of advanced Units and advanced workers.
