抗脱皮激素灭幼脲一号对菜白蝶幼虫生理效应的初步研究

灭幼脲一号是一种通过干扰昆虫脱皮生理过程而使昆虫致死的生长调节剂,对菜白蝶4龄幼虫的效应与含量成正比,其中:1ppm已达显著水平,3,6,10ppm均述极显著水平,其累计死亡率分别为:47.5%,70%,80%,95%,致畸百分率分别为10%,32.5%,40%,47.5%。经处理后的畸形个体体壁表皮层的几丁质蛋白复合物受到破坏,几丁质含量显著减少变形,失去弹性,呈破碎状。正常体壁表皮层层次明显可分,排列紧密规则,厚薄均匀一致,而对应部位的畸形体壁表皮层内容物减少变薄,分层不清楚,且与细胞层之间有分离现象,畸蛹还出现外上表皮合并,脆裂不成形。 MBF-1 is a growth regulator that inactivates insects by interfering with insect peel physiology and has an effect on the 4th instar larvae of Cabbage butterfly in proportion to its content, of which 1 ppm has reached a significant level of 3,6 and 10 ppm The cumulative mortality rates were 47.5%, 70%, 80% and 95%, respectively.
