2000年5月,世界学前教育组织(OMEP)主席柯蒂斯教授来中国考察,接受了本刊的采访。采访中,柯蒂斯教授介绍了1999年7月世界学前教育组织(OMEP)和国际儿童教育协会(ACEI)共同主办的“21世纪学前教育国际研讨会”,并较详细地介绍了那次研讨会形成的七个文件的内容。我们当时就提出请求,让本刊翻译刊发这七个文件,柯蒂斯教授愉快地答应了。这就是本期“特稿”《全球幼儿教育大纲——21世纪国际幼儿教育研讨会文件(上)》的由来。这一期刊发前四个文件,其余三个文件下一期刊发。文件的“前言”部分阐述了文件的由来、目的和用途。刊发这七个文件,目的是为了拓宽我们的思路,进一步更新观念,使我们的幼儿教育能更全面地融入世界发展的潮流。
In May 2000, Professor Curtis, chairman of the World Organization for Preschool Education (OMEP), came to China for investigation and accepted the interview. During the interview, Professor Curtis introduced “International Symposium on Pre-school Education in the 21st Century” co-sponsored by the World Association for Preschool Education (OMEP) and the International Association of Children’s Education (ACEI) in July 1999, and introduced the seminar in more detail The content of the seven documents that will form. At that time, we made a request for the translation and publication of these seven documents, and Professor Curtis happily agreed. This is the origin of this issue of “Feature Articles” “Global Early Childhood Education Syllabus - 21st Century International Early Childhood Education Seminar Documents (Top)”. This issue of the first four papers, the remaining three documents issued the next issue. The “Preface” section of the document describes the origin, purpose and use of the document. The seven papers were published with the purpose of broadening our thinking and further updating our concepts to make our early childhood education more fully integrate into the trend of world development.
