于1997年1-4月,以本所培养的孤雌生殖海带为材料,运用统计学方法研究其对氯霉素、潮霉素的敏感性,以期得出氯霉素、潮霉素对不同长度孤雌生殖海带的半致死剂量。结果表明,孤雌生殖海带长度(全长)在0.5-1.5cm时,氯霉素的半致死剂量与海带的长度相关,而潮霉素的半致死剂量与长度不相关。孤雌生殖海带对潮霉素比对氯霉素更敏感,提示潮霉素磷酸转移酶基因有可能成为海带基因工程的另一个选择标记。
From January to April 1997, the parthenogenetic kelp cultivated by our institute was used as a material, and its sensitivity to chloramphenicol and hygromycin was studied by using statistical methods in order to find out the difference between chloramphenicol and hygromycin Semi-lethal dose of parthenogenetic seaweed. The results showed that the half-lethal dose of chloramphenicol was related to the length of kelp when the length (full length) of parthenogenetic seaweed was 0.5-1.5 cm, while the semi-lethal dose of hygromycin was not related to the length. Parthenogenetic kelp is more sensitive to hygromycin than chloramphenicol, suggesting that the hygromycin phosphotransferase gene may become another selectable marker of kelp genetic engineering.
