针对某内场测试设备在CE102项(10 kHz~10 MHz电源线传导发射)测试中超差的问题,对超差原因进行了分析,然后结合电磁兼容设计原则,设计了一系列抑制传导发射的改进方法,包括电源线接线关系优化和滤波器安装接线优化等,最后通过试验进行验证。测试结果表明,改进后的设备电源线传导发射电平在低频段(10~30 kHz)和高频段(6~10 MHz)有超过10 dB的下降。所设计的方法容易实施且具有通用性,可为类似军用电子设备的设计提供参考。
Aiming at the problem that an infield test device exceeds the tolerance in the test of CE102 (10 kHz ~ 10 MHz power line conduction emission), the cause of the error is analyzed, and then a series of improvements to suppress the conducted emission are designed according to the principle of electromagnetic compatibility Methods, including the optimization of the power line connection and filter installation wiring optimization, and finally verified by the test. The test results show that the improved device power line conduction emission level has a drop of more than 10 dB in the low frequency range (10-30 kHz) and high frequency range (6-10 MHz). The designed method is easy to implement and versatile, which can provide reference for the design of similar military electronic devices.
