用于长输管道防腐蚀的沥青 ,在许多因素如紫外线、氧气、水分、某些活性物质、微生物等作用下 ,其物理化学性质将发生变化 ,造成管道老化 ,影响防腐蚀效果。为此 ,采用室内人工加速试验方法 ,研究了石油沥青涂层的老化过程和规律。研究结果表明 ,涂层电阻与老化时间呈负相关关系而与涂层厚度则呈正相关关系 ,涂层的老化过程包括品质基本维持现状、品质逐级下降和品质彻底破坏 3个阶段。此外 ,实验涂层的品质评估结果也和现场防腐蚀层品质等级的划分结果基本吻合。石油沥青涂层增加 ,涂层电阻增加 ,可以有效地延长管道的使用寿命 ,但不能阻止其老化。
For the long-distance pipeline anti-corrosion of asphalt, in many factors such as ultraviolet, oxygen, moisture, certain active substances, microorganisms, the physical and chemical properties will change, resulting in pipeline aging, the impact of anti-corrosion effect. Therefore, indoor artificial accelerated test method was used to study the aging process and regularity of petroleum asphalt coating. The results show that the resistance of the coating is negatively correlated with the aging time and has a positive correlation with the thickness of the coating. The aging process of the coating includes three stages: the basic quality of the coating is maintained, the quality is degraded step by step and the quality is completely destroyed. In addition, the results of the quality evaluation of the experimental coating and the quality of the anti-corrosion layer on the scene of the classification results are basically consistent. The increase of petroleum asphalt coating and the increase of coating resistance can effectively prolong the service life of the pipeline but can not prevent the aging of the pipeline.
