目的:手术治疗小儿结直肠息肉疾病。方法:应用改良Soave’s手术治疗小儿结直肠息肉疾病26例,内括约肌成形术11例。结果:随访1~8年,无息肉复发,肛门恢复功能优良率92.3%。结论:改良Soave’s手术在治疗小儿结直肠息肉疾病中具有手术方便、损伤小、治疗彻底、疗效明显等优点。 Objective: Surgical treatment of colorectal polyps disease in children. Methods: Twenty-six children with colorectal polyposis disease were treated with modified Soave’s surgery and 11 cases with internal sphincteroplasty. Results: Followed up for 1 to 8 years, no recurrence of polyps, excellent anal recovery rate of 92.3%. Conclusion: Modified Soave’s surgery has the advantages of convenient operation, little injury, thorough treatment and obvious curative effect in the treatment of children with colorectal polyposis diseases.
