人事档案作为档案中的一个重要门类,在社会和企事业单位的发展中起着越来越重要的作用。但由于传统的档案管理相对比较滞后,不能适应社会和企事业发展的步伐,因此人事档案管理要想获得长足的发展,就必须进行改革,改变其中落后的因素。广大工作者应从人事档案的归档内容、整理方式及材料分类等方面进行改革,以便于人事档案的利用、查阅和进行计算机管理。现主要阐述了在人事档案管理改革的内容和必要性。
As an important category of files, personnel files play an increasingly important role in the development of society and enterprises. However, because the traditional file management is relatively lagging behind and can not adapt to the pace of development of society and enterprises, in order to achieve rapid development of personnel records management, we must reform and change the backward factors. The majority of workers should carry out reforms in archiving of personnel files, arrangement and materials classification so as to facilitate the utilization of personnel files, consult and carry out computer management. Now mainly expounds the content and necessity of personnel file management reform.
