农恳岗埠农场砖瓦厂严把质量关,围绕经济效益做文章.岗埠砖瓦厂是一个有近200多名职工的老企业,始建于1976年,有18门轮窑一座,因建厂较早,企业设备大部分老化.职工中老弱病残人员占职工总数的20%,实际生产一线职工只有140人左右,因此企业多年来是农场亏损单位.为了适应市场经济的需要,这个厂在围绕经济效益上做文章,强化内部管理,在职工中普遍树立厂兴我荣厂衰我耻的观念,并注重科学技术的应用,狠抓产品质量,实行各项费用承包制,使企业生产蒸蒸日上,1994年生产红砖1390万块,比1993年增产40%,产值150万元,全年职工人均收入在3000元以上,取得了产量、产值、利润三超历史的好成绩.在周围80多家同行业中处于领先地位,并连续两年被农场评为先进企业.回顾我厂走过的路程,主要有以下几点体会.1 树立质量意识,强化内部管理

More than 80 companies in the industry are in the leading position, and have been rated as advanced enterprises by the farm for two consecutive years.
