目的 考察蜂蜡和卵磷脂对刺五加混悬剂稳定性的影响。方法 固定混悬剂中的其他因素 ,分别改变蜂蜡和卵磷脂的用量 ,研究在不同用量情况下 ,蜂蜡和卵磷脂对刺五加混悬剂的助悬效果。通过对沉降体积比、再分散性的考察 ,确定蜂蜡、卵磷脂两种混悬剂合用作为处方中的稳定剂。在此基础上分别研究两种助悬剂的用量与沉降体积比、再分散性、流变学及粒径变化等方面的关系。结果 单独使用蜂蜡或卵磷脂作为助悬剂不能达到良好的助悬效果。蜂蜡用量对体系粘度、流变学性质、再分散性、粒径变化等都有影响。而卵磷脂仅对抑制粒径变化和再分散性有影响。结论 蜂蜡通过影响体系粘度和流变学性质 ,使各项稳定性指标发生变化。卵磷脂作为表面活性剂 ,对再分散性及粒径变化发挥作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of beeswax and lecithin on the stability of Acanthopanax Senticosus suspension. Methods The other factors in the fixed suspension were used to change the amounts of beeswax and lecithin, respectively, to study the effect of beeswax and lecithin on the suspension of Acanthopanax senticosus suspension under different dosages. Through the examination of sedimentation volume ratio and redispersibility, it was determined that beeswax and lecithin two suspensions were used as stabilizers in the formulation. On this basis, the relationship between the dosage of the two suspending agents and the volume ratio of sedimentation, redispersibility, rheology, and particle size changes was studied. Results The use of beeswax or lecithin as suspending agents alone did not achieve good suspending effect. The amount of beeswax has effects on the system viscosity, rheological properties, redispersibility, and particle size changes. Lecithin, on the other hand, affects only the inhibition of particle size changes and redispersibility. Conclusion Beeswax changes the stability index by affecting the viscosity and rheological properties of the system. Lecithin acts as a surfactant and acts on redispersibility and particle size changes.
