试验研究了浓度为30、50、70毫克/升的甲基丁二酸对甘薯品种三合薯、徐18试管苗生长和对三合薯、徐18、济南红叶及菲(1)试管苗保存成话率的影响。结果表明,试管苗的植株鲜重和植株高度随甲基丁二酸浓度的增加而阵低,均低于对照。试管苗保存期限受甲基丁二酸浓度的影响,适宜的浓度为50、70毫克/升,一般可保存17个月。品种之间也有差异,济南红叶、三合薯存活率可达50%左右,菲(1)最不耐保存,存活率仅为25%左右。
