目的:对大黄酚脂质体的处方和制备工艺进行研究,并评价其质量。方法:采用薄膜-超声分散法制备了大黄酚脂质体,并对制剂的包封率、形态学、粒径分布、稳定性等进行研究。结果:本研究制备的大黄酚脂质体处方为药脂比3∶30,脂材比1∶3,成膜温度为45℃,缓冲溶液pH为8.2,得到的脂质体粒径均匀,包封率达86.9%。结论:采用薄膜-超声分散法制备的大黄酚脂质体具有较高包封率和稳定性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the prescription and preparation of chrysophanol liposomes and evaluate their quality. Methods: Chrysophanol liposomes were prepared by membrane-ultrasonic dispersion method. The encapsulation efficiency, morphology, particle size distribution and stability of the preparations were studied. Results: The preparation of chrysophanol liposome prescription for the ratio of lipid to lipid ratio of 3:30, fat ratio of 1: 3, the film-forming temperature of 45 ° C, the buffer solution pH of 8.2, the resulting liposomes with uniform particle size, including The seal rate of 86.9%. CONCLUSION: Chrysophanol liposomes prepared by membrane-ultrasonic dispersion have higher entrapment efficiency and stability.
