当前,我国煤炭企业物流配送还存着配送中心规模小,自有运输车辆少;粗放型管理,车辆运费和配送费用高;煤炭企业临时计划多、急用料多,配送成本高;没有对配送资源进行整合,路线规划、车辆配载不合理;服务意识不强等现状。应当借鉴现代物流中心配送经验,在基础设施布局时要考虑配送问题,充分发挥和借助第三方运输公司作用,转变思想观念,提高服务意识,做好24小时配送等,全力打造高效物流配送体系。
At present, the logistics and distribution of coal enterprises in our country still have small distribution centers and few transportation vehicles; extensive management, high freight costs and high distribution costs; more coal enterprises’ temporary plans, more urgent use of materials and higher distribution costs; Resources integration, route planning, vehicle loading unreasonable; service awareness is not strong and so on. We should learn from the experience of distribution in modern logistics centers, consider distribution issues in infrastructure layout, give full play to and take advantage of the role of third-party transportation companies to change our thinking and concepts, raise awareness of service, and provide 24-hour delivery and other efforts to create an efficient distribution system.
