“九五”期间,我省按照全国干部教育培训规划要求,结合四川实现超常规发展迫切需要一大批“将才”的实际,把培训县以上领导干部作为全省高素质干部队伍建设的重点,着力培养能担当重任的跨世纪“将才”,取得了显著成效。加强组织领导,构建培训管理新体制首先,在县以上党委普遍建立了干部教育工作领导小组及办公室,由分管党务的副书记兼任干教领导小组组长,并通过联席会议等途径,充分发挥了干教领导小组总揽、协调、宏观指导和检查督促的作用。通过坚持每年年初制发《全省干部教育培训工作要点》和“省、地级部门调训县、科级以上党政领导干部举办各类轮(培)训班
