以狗蔷薇(RosacaninaInermis)为材料,以MS为基本培养基,通过对不同植物生长调节剂的组合,大幅度提高了狗蔷薇离体培养植株再生频率。结果表明,2.0mgL6BA+0.3mgL2,4D的组合较为适宜,其不定芽再生率为87%,增殖率为3.0;而CPPU和2,4D的适宜组合为1.5mgL+0.3mgL,其不定芽再生率高达93%,增殖率为5.0。同时,研究结果显示,以MS+40gL蔗糖+6.0gL琼脂粉+3.5mgLAgNO3+1.5mgLCPPU+0.1mgL2,4D+0.05mgLGA3作增殖培养基效果最好,不定芽诱导率为89%,增殖率为5.5;利于生根的培养基为14MS+20gL蔗糖+3.5gL琼脂+0.3%活性碳+0.1mgLIBA+0.1mgLNAA,生根率为91%。
Taking Rosacanina nermis as material and MS as basic medium, the regeneration frequency of in vitro cultured rose of rose was greatly improved by combining different plant growth regulators. The results showed that the combination of 2.0mgL6BA + 0.3mgL2,4D was more suitable, the regeneration rate of adventitious buds was 87% and the proliferation rate was 3.0, while the suitable combination of CPPU and 2,4D was 1.5mgL + 0.3mgL, the adventitious bud regeneration rate Up to 93% with a proliferation rate of 5.0.
