为了进一步确定度米芬作为液体药剂防腐剂的适用范围,笔者又对部分常用制剂原辅料与度米芬防腐液的配伍情况作了观察。实验方法同前报[医院药学杂志2(1):371982],实验结果简要讨论如下:一、眼用溶液处方中常用的磷酸盐缓冲液与度米芬防腐液有产生配伍变化的可能。实验发现,磷酸二氢钠(NaH_2PO_4·2H_2O)与0.1%~5%度米芬液呈弱阳性至强阳性反应,在磷酸二氢钠结晶溶解的同时产生明显白色沉淀,而磷酸氢二钠(Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O)为阴性反应,原因不明。由二者配制的磷酸盐缓冲液与度米芬防腐液配伍亦未见明显外观变化。硼酸盐缓冲液(含硼酸与硼砂)及吉裴氏缓冲
In order to further determine the applicability of Domiphen as a liquid antiseptic agent, the author also observed the compatibility of some commonly used preparations with the Dommifen preservative solution. The experimental method with the previous report [Hospital Pharmacy 2 (1): 371982], a brief discussion of the experimental results are as follows: First, the ophthalmic solution commonly used in phosphate buffer and amifostine preservative liquid compatibility may produce changes. The experiment found that sodium dihydrogen phosphate (NaH 2 PO 4 · 2H 2 O) and 0.1% ~ 5% Mi Fen liquid weak positive to strong positive reaction in sodium dihydrogen phosphate crystals dissolved at the same time produce significant white precipitate, and disodium hydrogen phosphate ( Na_2HPO_4 · 12H_2O) is a negative reaction for unknown reasons.
