目的探讨神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)测定标本影响因素。方法采用全自动电化学发光法,取50例健康体质儿童的血样6 ml进行研究,分成六组,每组1 ml放于监测试管中,按顺序进行编号,1、2、3、4号试管在室温25℃的环境中分别放置30 min、1 h、3 h、5 h后分离血清,测定NSE水平,5号试管在室温下放置30 min后离心,6号试管放置于-20℃的冰箱中24 h后离心,测定血清中的NSE水平。结果血清标本放置3 h组和5 h组与30 min组NSE水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),放置1 h组与30 min组NSE水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),未冰冻30 min组与冰冻组NSE水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清中NSE的含量与标本放置时间长短有关,与是否经过冰冻处理无关。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of neuron-specific enolase (NSE) Methods The automatic blood chemiluminescence method was used to study the blood samples of 50 healthy children with 6 ml body weight and divided into 6 groups, each containing 1 ml in a test tube. The test tubes were numbered 1, 2, 3, and 4 in sequence After 30 min, 1 h, 3 h and 5 h, respectively, the serum was separated and stored at 25 ℃ for 5 h. The NSE level was determined. After the test tube was placed at room temperature for 30 min and centrifuged, the test tube was placed in a freezer 24 h after centrifugation, determination of serum NSE levels. Results There were significant differences in the NSE levels between the 3 h and 5 h groups and the 30 min group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in NSE levels between the 1 h group and the 30 min group (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of NSE between frozen group and frozen group at 30 min (P> 0.05). Conclusion The content of NSE in serum is related to the time of specimen placement, regardless of whether it has been frozen or not.
