迄今为止的研究揭示了许多能介导精卵相互作用的分子。精子至少有三种去整合素(α-受精素、β-受精素和Cyritestrin)可介导精卵的结合;在卵子方面则有多种整合素。α-6/β-1整合素似乎能作为β受精素的受体发挥功能。同时,其它一些精子去整合素及精子表面的其它整合素也可能与α-6/β-1这一受体结合。而β受精素也能与其它一些受体结合。α受精素含有一个去整合素结构域,其胞外段的另一部分与卵子胞膜的相互作用有关,提示它也可能具有多个受体。
So far research has revealed many molecules that can mediate sperm-egg interactions. At least three deintegrins (α-perin, β-adrenalin, and Cyritestrin) in sperm mediate sperm-egg binding; there are many integrins in the egg. Alpha-6 / beta-1 integrin seems to function as a receptor for beta-adrenoceptors. At the same time, other sperm to integrins and other integrins on the sperm surface may also bind to the α-6 / β-1 receptor. Beta-adrenergic also binds to several other receptors. Alpha-fertilizers contain a disintegrin domain, and the other part of the extracellular segment is involved in the interaction of the egg cell membrane, suggesting that it may also have multiple receptors.
