为了提高半干旱环境中作物的生产力,出现了这样一些十分重要的问题,即有关作物在限水条件下对环境参数及所选择方案的反应。深入了解一种作物的形态学与生理学的选择反应,会提供更有效地管理水分以及开发水分利用率或耐水分胁迫遗传变异性的基础。
In order to increase the productivity of crops in semi-arid environments, there emerged some very important issues concerning the response of crops to environmental parameters and the options chosen under water-limited conditions. A deeper understanding of the morphological and physiologic selection response of a crop provides the basis for more efficient management of the water as well as for the development of the genetic variability of water use or tolerance to water stress.
