目的:总结临床护理工作中护理人员分层使用的效果。方法:在ICU病房中根据护理人员不同的资历、能力分级分层使用,不同的岗位职责不同,层级间相互协作,层层指导开展护理工作。结果:通过护理人员分层使用,ICU危重患者护理质量有所提高(P<0.01);护理质量满意度由实施前的80.2%上升至96.2%。结论:护理人员分层使用体现了护理岗位的能级应对,达到了良好的管理效果,能够为患者提供更优质的护理服务。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the effect of nursing staff in different stages of clinical nursing work. Methods: In ICU wards, nursing staffs were divided into different levels according to their qualifications and qualifications. Different positions and responsibilities were different. Results: The quality of nursing care of critically ill patients in ICU was improved by stratified use of nursing staff (P <0.01). Satisfaction of nursing quality increased from 80.2% before implementation to 96.2%. Conclusion: The nurses’ stratified use embodies the energy level response of nursing post, achieves good management effect and can provide better nursing service for patients.
