广东某地下储备仓库工程,由33条洞组成,洞库所处地质条件是震旦纪和泥盆纪沉积细粒碎屑岩层。岩层节理、裂隙极为发育,岩体破碎,岩石的整体强度很低,洞库开挖后,围岩很不稳定,给施工带来极大困难,为了保证施工安全和工程质量,加快工程进度,混凝土支护必须及时跟上。根据设计要求,洞库支护采用现浇混凝土整体式衬砌,33条洞的洞体几何尺寸相同,建筑净宽8.62米,净高6.57米,衬砌厚度35厘米,钢筋混凝土衬砌工程量4万米~3。
