目的为建立陆军士兵躯干肌力参数常模作基础性研究,同时探讨不同军龄组之间躯干肌力指标的差异。方法应用CYBEX6000型等速测试训练系统对220名身体健康的陆军现役男性士兵进行躯干肌力测试,获得躯干屈伸肌峰值力矩体重比(PTBW)、力矩加速能(TAE)、屈伸肌群峰值力矩比(FE)、耐力比(ER)等指标参数。结果屈肌PTBW95%CI(N·mkg):30°s3.06~3.23,90°s3.04~3.25,120°s2.98~3.20;伸肌PTBW95%CI(N·mkg):30°s3.97~4.36,90°s3.48~3.92,120°s3.43~3.80;屈肌TAE95%CI(J):30°s9.44~12.21,90°s23.47~28.45,120°s29.63~35.10;伸肌TAE95%CI(J):30°s10.42~13.34,90°s27.18~33.96,120°s34.73~42.85;FE:30°s76.14%±12.76%,90°s86.49%±15.13%,120°s86.41%±11.89%;屈肌ER95%CI:85.97%~90.84%,伸肌ER95%CI(J):82.10%~87.46%。同时发现,不同军龄组士兵躯干肌力指标的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论陆军士兵躯干肌力参数常模的建立对指导科学的体能训练及防治训练性下背痛具有参考意义。
Objective To establish a basic model of the trunk strength parameters of the Army soldiers, and to explore the differences of trunk muscle strength indexes among different military age groups. Methods The CYBEX6000 isokinetic test training system was used to test the torso muscular strength of 220 male soldiers active in the armed forces. The PTBW, TAE, flexural and flexor muscle peak torque ratio (FE), endurance ratio (ER) and other indicators of the parameters. At the same time, it was found that there was no significant difference in torso strength between soldiers of different military ranks (P> 0.05). Conclusion The establishment of trunk model strength parameters of Army soldiers is of great value to guide scientific physical training and prevent and control training of lower back pain.
