目的:探讨硫酸氧钒的降糖作用及可能的机理。方法:选用Wister大鼠腹腔内注射链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病模型。经饮水中加入硫酸氧钒,浓度1g/L,连用6周。结果:糖尿病大鼠的血糖、果糖胺、饮水量等明显减少,而血浆胰岛素水平未增加。结论:硫酸氧钒可以通过增加胰岛素作用效率,发挥降糖治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of vanadyl sulfate and its possible mechanism. Methods: Diabetic rats were injected intraperitoneally with streptozotocin. The drinking water by adding vanadyl sulfate, concentration 1g / L, once every 6 weeks. Results: The blood glucose, fructosamine, water intake and so on in diabetic rats decreased obviously, while the plasma insulin level did not increase. Conclusion: Vanadyl sulfate can exert hypoglycemic effect by increasing the efficiency of insulin.
