分析了Evotherm温拌技术的作用原理,采用常规的材料和级配进行温拌混合料的配合比设计。通过试验路的铺筑和检测,对比分析了温拌沥青混合料和热拌沥青混合料的各项路用性能指标。结果表明,温拌技术可降低沥青混合料的拌和和碾压温度约30℃,其各项路用性能指标均满足规范要求,达到与热拌沥青相当的路用性能,同时节约了大量燃油,减少了有害气体排放,具有较好的社会效益和环境效益。
The principle of Evotherm warm mixing technology was analyzed. The mix design of warm mix was conducted by using conventional materials and gradation. Through paving and testing of test roads, the road performance indexes of warm-mix asphalt and hot-mix asphalt were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the warm mixing technology can reduce the mixing and rolling temperature of asphalt mixture by about 30 ℃, and all the road performance indexes meet the requirements of the specification, achieving equivalent road performance with hot mix asphalt and saving a large amount of fuel, Reduce the emission of harmful gases, with good social and environmental benefits.
