我院自1987年开始用日本产CF-MB_3纤维结肠镜、南京新技术应用研究所产的METI-Ⅱ微波内镜治疗仪治疗小儿大肠息肉35例,共107颗。疗效满意,报告如下。临床资料本组35例患儿中,年龄2.5~4岁,男29例,女6例,其中单发息肉16例,多发息肉19例。息肉分布:直肠14例,乙状结肠16例,降结肠5例。息肉1.5~2.0cm的17例,2.0~3.0cm的15例,大于3.0的3例。在肠镜检查术中发现息肉后,先取材作病理等检查,等病理学报告后再进行治疗。病理学报告炎性息肉15例,亚蒂型息肉13例,广基无蒂型息肉7例。治疗方法术前准备同纤维结肠镜检查术,进镜发现息肉后尽可能调整息肉至内镜正前方约2.0cm处,由活检孔插入微波导线,根据其型态、大小选用不同的功率及方法,对2.0~3.0cm的息肉用70~80mA,用顶部加压点灼法及基底部两侧法治疗,对大于
Since 1987, our hospital has treated 35 cases of pediatric colorectal polyps with a total of 107 neonates with the Japanese-made CF-MB_3 fiber colonoscope and the METI-II microwave endoscope treatment instrument produced by the Nanjing New Technology Institute. Satisfactory results, the report is as follows. Clinical data The group of 35 patients, aged 2.5 to 4 years old, 29 males and 6 females, including 16 cases of single polyps, 19 cases of multiple polyps. Distribution of polyps: 14 cases of rectum, 16 cases of sigmoid colon, and 5 cases of descending colon. There were 17 cases of polyps 1.5 to 2.0 cm, 15 cases of 2.0 to 3.0 cm, and 3 cases of more than 3.0. After polyps are found during colonoscopy, they are first taken for pathological examinations and other pathological reports before being treated. Pathology reported 15 cases of inflammatory polyps, 13 cases of subtypic polyps, and 7 cases of broad-based pedunculated polyps.
