目的:探讨红车轴草提取物(Trifoliumpratense Leguminosaeextract,TLE)对小鼠同种异基因皮片移植的影响。方法:受体BALB/c小鼠分为生理盐水对照组(physiologicsaline,PS)与TLE处理组,通过背-背法进行C57BL/6的全厚皮皮片移植,以观察TLE处理组移植皮片生长情况是否优于PS组。取受体小鼠淋巴细胞进行羧基荧光素乙酰乙酸(carboxyfluorescein diacetate,succinimidyl ester,CFDA-SE)标记的增殖追踪及混合淋巴细胞反应。结果:尾静脉注射TLE25μg/kg每天的处理组移植皮片生长情况优于PS组。TLE处理组BALB/c小鼠淋巴细胞增殖低于PS组。结论:TLE可能参与了小鼠免疫系统调节,诱导了其对同种异基因皮片的耐受。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Trifoliumpratense Leguminosaeextract (TLE) on allograft skin transplantation in mice. METHODS: Recipient BALB/c mice were divided into physiologic saline (PS) group and TLE-treated group. C57BL/6 full-thickness skin grafts were performed by back-back method to observe transplanted skin slices of TLE-treated group. Whether the growth situation is better than the PS group. Recipient mouse lymphocytes were harvested for carboxyfluorescein diacetate (CFDA-SE) labeled proliferation tracking and mixed lymphocyte reaction. RESULTS: The growth of transplanted skin grafts in the tail vein injection TLE 25μg/kg daily group was better than that in the PS group. The lymphocyte proliferation of BALB/c mice in TLE treatment group was lower than that in PS group. Conclusion: TLE may participate in the regulation of immune system in mice and induce its tolerance to allograft skin.
