许多分析实验室、电镀厂、胶卷厂、肉类加工厂在生产过程中总会有大量氯化银(包括溴化银和氰化银,废渣生成。回收其中的银,以抗坏血酸为还原剂,效果好,程序简便,快速,而且能定量回收。选择抗坏血酸为还原剂的理论依据是:由于银离子的标准还原电位是+0.8伏,而抗坏血酸在 pH 4和 pH 7时的氧化还原电位分别是0.127伏和0.34伏,所以,在 pH 4~7的范围内,用抗坏血酸来还原银离子是完全有效的,实验结果也证明了这一点。
