目的探讨经尿道双极等离子电切术(PKRP)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)疗效和安全性。方法采用经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗55例前列腺增生患者。结果 55例患者术后痊愈出院,本组病例55例获得随访,最大尿流率(6.9±1.7))ml/s上升到术后3个月的(18.6±3.2)ml/s,国际前列腺症状评分术前为(23.7±1.5)分,术后3个月降至(7.1±1.4)分(P<0.01)。结论经尿道等离子双极电切术术中出血减,视野清晰,能避免电切综合征(TURS),治疗BPH安全性高,效果好,值得在基层医院开展。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of transurethral bipolar plasmakill (PKRP) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods Transurethral bipolar plasmatography was used to treat 55 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Results Fifty-five patients were cured and discharged after operation. 55 cases were followed up and the maximum uroflow rate (6.9 ± 1.7) ml / s increased to (18.6 ± 3.2) ml / s at 3 months postoperatively. International Prostate Symptoms The score was (23.7 ± 1.5) preoperatively and decreased to (7.1 ± 1.4) 3 months postoperatively (P <0.01). Conclusions Transurethral plasma bipolar resection with less bleeding, clear field of vision, can avoid the cut-off syndrome (TURS), the treatment of BPH high safety, effective, it is worth carrying out in the primary hospital.
