“十二五”时期,食品工业发展的核心任务是加快转型升级,通过转变发展方式,促进食品工业结构整体优化提升。“十二五”时期是我国全面建设小康社会的关键时期,是深化改革,加快转变发展方式的攻坚时期,为贯彻落实《国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》,加快我国食品工业结构调整,实现持续健康发展,国家发展改革委,工业和信息化部组织编制了《食品工业“十二五”发展规划》,作为“十二五”时期食品工业发展的指导性文件。
