财务管理工作事关一个单位的生死命脉,行政事业单位作为我国的中枢系统,其财务的管理更是重中之重。随着经济的迅猛发展,我国行政事业单位的财务管理工作面临了新的环境和新的挑战,这就要求相关部门在稳步管理的同时,也要认真思考,对管理模式和管理方法进行创新,积极解决工作过程中产生的问题。本文通过对行政事业单位财务管理中出现的问题入手,对管理工作的创新进行分析,以求对今后的工作提供一定帮助。
