本文运用自动调节理论的分析方法研究了控制力磨削的稳定性问题。较严密的给出了绝对稳定和相对稳定条件。分析了影响系统稳定性诸参数之间的关系及提出了抑制自激失圆的措施。运用自动调节理论对机床动力系统的分析是有效的。文中最后还提到对一具体系统工作点选择的区间以保证系统在较高效率下稳定工作。附图5幅。
In this paper, the analytical method of automatic adjustment theory is used to study the stability of control force grinding. More stringent given the absolute stability and relative stability conditions. The relationship between the parameters that affect the stability of the system is analyzed and measures to curb self-excitation are proposed. The use of automatic adjustment theory of machine tool power system analysis is effective.
