本文在对以往学习型组织模式系统梳理的基础上,首先概括出了现有的学习型组织的三类创建模式,即学习主体型、过程型和环境型等,并指出它们的共同缺陷是疏于对组织系统之间关系的研究;其次,作者将组织机构系统、组织信息系统、组织核心竞争力培育系统引入后,提出了将它们与组织学习系统耦合以及系统互动的观点;再次,创建了具有综合型特征的“L—OIC 系统耦合及互动模式”;最后,在 L、O、I 和C系统的不同环节之中,研究者又提出建立诸如创新系统、能力建设系统以及评价反馈等系统,以使系统的不同环节之间相互关联起来,规避其相互脱节的风险。
