质子致AHH-1细胞PIG3表达和细胞周期变化研究

PIG3是PIGs系列基因之一,是p53的转录靶点,在p53表达后短时间内即被激活,并在凋亡过程中发挥作用。已有的对γ辐射诱导细胞PIG3基因表达变化的研究中,PIG3的表达在照后0~24 h不断增加,表现出良好的剂量效应,且表达持续时间较长,在照后72 h仍高于对照,表明它有潜力成为新的生物分子剂量计。本研究以HI-13串列加速器产生的21 MeV的质子(在水中的LET值为2.5 keV/μm),在2、6 PIG3, one of the PIGs series of genes, is the transcriptional target of p53. It is activated in a short time after p53 expression and plays a role in the process of apoptosis. In the studies of the change of PIG3 gene expression induced by γ-irradiation, the expression of PIG3 increased continuously from 0-24 h after irradiation, showing good dose effect, and the expression duration was longer, reaching a high level at 72 h after irradiation In contrast, it has the potential to become a new biomolecule dosimeter.
