目的观察3种不同清洗消毒方法对管腔类复用器械进行集中处理的效果,为选择最佳清洗消毒的方法提供科学依据。方法选取高明区人民医院消毒供应中心2016年3月7号至2016年3月14号收回的临床污染、有代表性的细径管腔类(骨穿针、妇产科吸引管头)复用器械共500件,将器械随机均分成A、B、C3组,运用3种清洗消毒方法进行处理,后用手持型ATP荧光检测仪检测清洗消毒效果,并对结果进行对比评价。结果 3组器械清洗消毒效果均合格,其中A组效果明显比B、C组好(P<0.05),而B组与C组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论运用含酶消毒液浸泡+毛刷刷洗+超声波清洗+高压水枪冲洗的效果最佳。
Objective To observe the effect of three kinds of different cleaning and disinfection methods for the centralized treatment of lumen-like equipment, and provide a scientific basis for selecting the best method of cleaning and disinfection. Methods The clinical samples collected from the disinfection and supply center of Gaoming District People’s Hospital from March 7, 2016 to March 14, 2016 were collected and reused as representative small diameter lumens (bone puncture needle, obstetrics and gynecology suction tube head) A total of 500 instruments, the instruments were randomly divided into A, B, C3 group, the use of three kinds of cleaning and disinfection methods for processing, after using handheld ATP fluorescence detector detection cleansing and disinfection effects, and the results were compared and evaluated. Results The cleaning and disinfection effects of the three instruments were all qualified. The effect of group A was better than that of group B and C (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between group B and group C (P> 0.05). Conclusion The best disinfection solution containing enzyme + brush brushing + ultrasonic cleaning + high pressure water gun flushing the best.
