通过水热合成法合成出中孔分子筛Al MCM 4 1。合成条件 :晶化温度 14 5℃ ,晶化时间 2 4~ 2 8h。用不同方法处理Al MCM 4 1得到SO2 -4 Al MCM 4 1。通过XRD、BET和FT IR对SO2 -4 Al MCM 4 1进行表征。结果表明 :分子筛的骨架没有被破坏 ,结晶度较好。从FT IR图上看出SO2 -4已进入分子筛骨架内部。将SO2 -4 Al MCM 4 1用于催化松油醇酯化反应。气相色谱分析反应结果表明 ,用 0 .2 5mol/LH2 SO4浸泡焙烧过的Al MCM 4 1得到的SO2 -4 Al MCM 4 1催化活性最好
Mesoporous molecular sieve Al MCM 4 1 was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis. Synthesis conditions: crystallization temperature 14 5 ℃, crystallization time 24 ~ 2 8h. Al MCM 4 1 is treated differently to give SO 2 -4 Al MCM 4 1. SO2-4AlMCM4i was characterized by XRD, BET and FT IR. The results show that the molecular sieve framework is not destroyed, the crystallinity is better. From the FT IR image shows SO2 -4 has entered the framework of the molecular sieve. SO2-4 Al MCM 4 1 was used to catalyze the esterification of terpineol. The results of gas chromatography analysis showed that the best catalytic activity of SO2-4 Al MCM 4 1 obtained by soaking roasted Al MCM 4 1 with 0.52 mol / LH 2 SO 4
