目前,有些小型矿山的运输轨道没有搬道设施,往往由人用手搬移尖轨来移动道岔。这样,不仅劳动强度大,而且在道心作业很不安全。为此,笔者介绍一种脚踏简易搬道器(见图1)供这类矿山采用。这种搬道器置于道外,安全可靠,使用方便,只要用脚踩动三角支架面,即可来回移动道岔尖轨。这种脚踏简易搬道器的制作简单,成本低,现介绍如下: 用φ16或φ19国钢弯成边长为250毫米的两个等腰三角形,再将这两个等腰三角形的顶点分别用三根长250毫米同样直径的圆钢焊接起来(见图2);上部脚踏平面用φ8或φ6钢筋焊成栅格;中间套轴用长250毫米、内径20毫米的钢管;支架轴用φ19圆钢,
